Terms and Conditions PH365 – Platform Usage Guidelines

Welcome to PH365. This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") governs your use of the platform, website, mobile application, and all services provided by PH365 (collectively referred to as the "Platform").

By accessing, registering, or using any part of our Platform, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please cease using the Platform immediately.

To use the ph365 Platform, you must fully meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be aged 18 years and above at the time of registration and throughout the period of use.
• Act on your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any other person.
• Not be on any self-exclusion or gambling prohibition list issued by any relevant authority.
• Be fully legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction of residence.
• Not use the Platform for criminal purposes, money laundering, or any other illegal activities.

Ph365 applies a strict identity verification (KYC) process to ensure all users meet these eligibility requirements. Required documents may include a national ID, passport, or other valid supporting documents.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at ph365. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances.

When registering, you are responsible for:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address.
• Choose a strong password and keep it confidential. PH365 will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from a password disclosed to another party.
• Notify PH365 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Keep your personal information up to date whenever any changes occur.

Ph365 supports a wide range of local payment methods including online banking (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong), e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost), and other payment methods listed on the platform.

Regarding deposits:

• The minimum deposit is RM 30 or as per the limit set for each payment method.
• All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• Ph365 does not charge processing fees for deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposited funds may only be used for wagering purposes within the platform and cannot be transferred to other users.

Regarding withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed within 5–15 minutes for e-wallets and 1–3 business days for bank transfers.
• Withdrawals can only be made to an account registered under the same name as your ph365 account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 or as per the current limit set on the platform.
• Ph365 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals until KYC verification is completed for new accounts or accounts showing unusual activity.

Ph365 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and VIP programs. Each offer is subject to specific terms and conditions stated on the Promotions us.

General terms applicable to all ph365 bonuses:

• Each bonus has wagering requirements (rollover) that must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
• Bonuses are valid for one account, one device, one IP address, and one payment method only.
• PH365 reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through dishonest means, promotion abuse, or violation of any stipulated terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Ph365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with or without prior notice.

All games available on the ph365 platform — including Live Casino, Slots, bingo, Sports Betting, and esports — are subject to their respective game-specific rules, which can be found within each game.

• Game results recorded by the PH365 system are final and binding.
• Any technical interruptions occurring during a gaming session will be handled in accordance with ph365's existing technical resolution policy.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by game type and are subject to change from time to time.
• Sports Betting is subject to additional rules regarding match cancellations, postponements, and official results from recognized sports governing bodies.
• Ph365 uses certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology for all slot and table games to ensure complete fairness.

Ph365 users are prohibited from engaging in the following activities on the platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other method to manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Deliberately exploiting any technical errors, bugs, or system vulnerabilities.
• Conducting financial transactions related to money laundering or criminal activity.
• Using a credit card or payment method that does not belong to you.
• Registering multiple accounts to obtain duplicate bonuses or unfair advantages.
• Making threats, harassment, or engaging in inappropriate conduct towards PH365 staff or other users.

Ph365 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmation that the user does not meet the specified eligibility requirements.
• Suspicious activity or conduct potentially involving financial fraud.
• Request from a relevant authority or regulatory body.
• Voluntary request from the user themselves (including self-exclusion for responsible gaming reasons).

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the ph365 customer support team. Any valid balance in the account will be returned after review is completed, subject to the settlement of any active bets.

The ph365 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties except as specifically stated in these Terms.

• Ph365 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Ph365 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, although we strive to maintain maximum uptime.
• Users acknowledge that wagering involves financial risk and ph365 is not responsible for unfavorable gambling outcomes.
• In exceptional circumstances such as serious technical disruptions, PH365 reserves the right to void bets and refund the wagered amount to the user's account.

Ph365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to users via their registered email or a prominent notice on the platform's homepage.

Your continued use of the platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable Terms.

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from them shall be interpreted and governed entirely by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which ph365 operates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably between the user and ph365 shall be referred to arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction.

Users agree to resolve any disputes individually and not as part of a class action or collective proceeding.
